Job summary

Local Infusion seeks an Insurance & Intake Coordinator—an Infusion Guide—to raise the bar in infusion therapy care. This full-time onsite role will be based in Fort Worth, TX, with a Mon-Fri 8:00am–4:30pm schedule. Salary starts at $25/hr plus quarterly bonuses and full benefits to support patient-centered care.

The Infusion Guide will manage referrals, pre-authorizations, financial counseling, and provider liaison work to ensure high-quality outcomes for patients and clinicians alike.

Qualifications

• Healthcare experience required.
• Prior authorization experience preferred.
• Familiarity with medical terminology.

Responsibilities

• Handle infusion referral process and authorizations.
• Provide financial counseling and benefit investigation.
• Coordinate with referring providers and communicate status to patients.
