Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business/healthcare or related field or equivalent experience
• 5–7 years of healthcare business development, sales, marketing, or provider relations
• 3 years of leadership experience managing teams
• Experience in infusion services, specialty pharmacy, home infusion, AIS/AIC/HOPD
• Experience with Epic referral workflows and CRM analytics

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic growth plans for Providence Infusion Pharmacy Services including home infusion, AIS, and specialty infusion
• Identify and pursue opportunities across specialty infusion, home infusion, AIS, AIC, and hospital outpatient departments
• Travel up to 50% across Providence service markets to advance growth
• Partner with Pharmacy Services, operations, providers, and payers to improve access and referral pathways
• Lead cross‑functional teams and participate in executive relationship management
