Job summary

Amerita, the infusion clinic in Denver, is seeking a Registered Nurse to support our specialty infusion program. This role involves administering IV therapies, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team, and delivering high-quality patient care outside the hospital setting.

The ideal candidate holds a nursing license, has at least one year of RN experience, and prefers some infusion/IV therapy background. The position follows a 8:30am–5:00pm schedule and offers full-time benefits in a dynamic

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing; BSN preferred.
• Minimum of one year of experience as a Registered Nurse.
• Previous infusion experience preferred.
• Extensive IV therapy experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Adheres to policies and procedures addressing the scope of infusion nursing services, state laws and regulations.
• Adheres to INS and IgNS standards and CDC guidelines; follows ethics per American Nurses Association.
• Collaborates with Mosaic staff to develop and monitor goals of patients' therapies.
• Assess all patients assigned and establish the Plan of Care.
• Educates patients and caregivers.
• Evaluates progress toward goals and makes recommendations to physicians for changes in the Plan of Care.
• Completes comprehensive documentation of infusion patients.
