Job summary

Amerita in Centennial, CO seeks an experienced infusion nurse to deliver specialty infusion therapies in an outpatient clinic setting. This role emphasizes collaboration with a multidisciplinary team to manage patient therapies and adhere to infusio n nursing standards.

Qualified candidates have RN licensure, at least one year of RN experience with infusion, and IV therapy expertise; BSN preferred. Excellent communication skills and engagement with patient education are required.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program; BSN preferred.
• Minimum of one year of experience as a Registered Nurse.
• Previous infusion experience preferred.
• Extensive IV therapy experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Adheres to policies and procedures addressing infusion nursing services and applicable regulations.
• Collaborates with Mosaic staff to develop and monitor goals of patients’ therapies.
• Assesses patients and implements the Plan of Care.
• Educates patients and caregivers.
• Evaluates progress and makes recommendations to physicians for changes in the Plan of Care.
• Completes comprehensive documentation of infusion patients.
