UnitedHealth Group is seeking a compassionate RN to join the FlexCare Infusion Center team in Aurora, CO, delivering IV therapy to pediatric and adult patients under NP supervision. The role requires 3+ years of infusion experience, active RN licensure, and BLS/CPR certification with potential for on‑hire licensure expansion.

On-site at our Infusion Center, you will document assessments, coordinate with providers, and contribute to QA initiatives while supporting order entry and protocol

Qualifications

• ASN, BSN or MSN degree required.
• Active RN license in your state of residence.
• BLS and/or CPR certification, or willing to obtain upon hire.
• Willingness to obtain additional licensure and/or ONS certification within 90 days.
• 3+ years of infusion experience; solid IV skills essential.
• Familiarity with EMR, Microsoft Office, HIPAA, OSHA, and INS standards.

Responsabilités

• Provide direct IV care for pediatric and adult patients.
• Prepare and administer sterile medications per protocol.
• Monitor and respond to infusion reactions under NP supervision.
• Communicate with providers and document clinical assessments.
• Support order entry, lab review, and protocol updates.
• Ensure accurate, timely documentation and participate in quality assurance.
