Job summary

Amerita in Denver is seeking home infusion registered nurses to care for specialty infusion patients 1:1 in patients' homes. The role involves assessing patients, implementing the Plan of Care, and coordinating with pharmacy and physicians to optimize patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse license in state of practice
• BSN preferred
• Minimum of one year of RN experience
• Infusion and home health care experience preferred
• CPR certification required

Responsibilities

• Assess patients and implement the Plan of Care
• Adhere to infusion nursing and state regulations
• Collaborate with pharmacy, sales, providers, and patients
• Document patient care in place of service
• Educate patients and caregivers on therapies
• Travel to patient homes for visits as required
