Job summary

Pure Infusion is seeking a Patient Access Coordinator to greet patients, schedule visits for biologic infusions, and coordinate with referring practices. The role emphasizes compassionate, concierge-level service in a fast-growing healthcare start-up environment.

Ideal candidates will demonstrate honesty, strong communication with patients and providers, and comfort using CRM/EMR systems. Regular hours are Monday–Friday, with competitive hourly pay and benefits. BLS within 30 days is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proficiency in CRM and EMR software systems.
• BLS Certification within 30 days of hire.
• Eligibility to meet U.S. employment requirements.

Responsibilities

• Call, schedule, and welcome patients into the clinic for biologic infusions.
• Coordinate care, orders, and documentation with referring practices and the Market Executive.
• Ensure every detail of the patient visit goes smoothly.
