Qualifications

• High School graduate or equivalent is required.
• 2 years of administrative experience in a healthcare environment is required.
• Medical Assistant Certification or Medical Office experience is preferred.
• 1 year working with insurance authorizations and benefits verifications is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manages and supports all front-end operations of the infusion center.
• Reschedules treatments and reminds patients of upcoming appointments.
• Handles invoicing, payments, and delivery processing.
• Schedules follow-up treatments with the Patient Care Navigator team.
• Maintains HIPAA-compliant handling of patient records and documents.
• Prepares reports and assists with clinical inventory management.
• Builds positive relationships with staff, providers, and external agencies.
