Job summary

Vivo Infusion seeks a Clinical Service Specialist in Lancaster, PA to support infusion center operations, scheduling, and insurance verifications. You will coordinate with clinicians, maintain HIPAA-compliant records, and manage front-end activities such as payments and mail handling.

The role requires healthcare administrative experience, strong communication, and proficiency in MS Office. Travel to other Vivo clinics may be required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of administrative experience in a healthcare setting.
• Experience with insurance authorizations, benefits verifications, and billing preferred.
• Working knowledge of medical terminology and HIPAA compliance.
• CPR/BLS required before start.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage front-end operations at the infusion center, including phone calls, patient greeting, payments, and mail handling.
• Review and reschedule patient appointments to ensure treatment plan adherence; remind patients of upcoming visits.
• Coordinate with providers to obtain medical records and ensure HIPAA-compliant handling.
• Schedule follow-up infusion appointments with the Patient Care Navigator teamwork.
• Prepare reports and maintain clinical inventory in collaboration with the Clinic Manager.
