Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manages front-end operations of the infusion center, including answering calls, greeting patients, processing payments, accepting deliveries, and organizing mail.
• Reviews patient cancellations and reschedules treatments; informs nursing staff of changes and reminds patients of upcoming appointments.
• Receives deliveries, verifies invoices, coordinates payment with Clinic Manager and Accounts Payable.
• Schedules patients for follow-up infusions with the Patient Care Navigator team.
• Collaborates with referring providers to obtain and file medical records while maintaining HIPAA-compliant handling of patient information.
