Job summary

Vivo Infusion is seeking a part-time Clinical Service Specialist in Aurora, CO. You will support infusion center operations, manage patient scheduling, and verify insurance benefits and authorizations. The role requires healthcare administrative experience, strong communication, and proficiency with MS Office.

Typical schedule is Tue–Thu 8:00am–4:00pm. The position offers a reimbursement program, PTO, and a performance bonus plan. Travel to nearby Vivo clinics may be required occasionally.

Qualifications

• 2 years of administrative experience in a healthcare environment.
• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Medical Assistant Certification or Medical Office experience preferred.
• 1 year working with insurance authorizations, benefits verifications, and billing preferred.
• Proficient with medical terminology and MS Office; CPR/BLS required.

Responsibilities

• Manages front-end operations of the infusion center: phones, greeting patients, payments, mail delivery, and inventory coordination.
• Reviews and reschedules patient cancellations and notifies nursing staff as needed.
• Secures authorizations and verifies insurance benefits for treatments.
• Coordinates with Patient Care Navigator to schedule follow-up infusions.
• Maintains HIPAA-compliant handling of patient records and documents.
