Job summary

Vivo Infusion is seeking a Clinical Service Specialist to join the Grand Rapids infusion team. This role focuses on scheduling authorizations, verifying benefits, and supporting clinical operations while maintaining HIPAA compliance.

You will manage patient schedules, assist with billing processes, and collaborate with clinicians to ensure timely treatments. A strong healthcare administrative background and excellent communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Education: High School graduate at minimum.
• Medical Assistant Certification or Medical Office experience preferred.
• 1 year experience with insurance authorizations, benefits verifications, and billing preferred.
• Active CPR/BLS prior to starting work required.

Responsibilities

• Manages and supports front end operations of the infusion center.
• Reviews patient cancellations and reschedules treatments.
• Communicates changes to Clinical Operations Manager and nursing staff.
• Reminds patients of upcoming appointments.
• Coordinates payment processing and vendor invoices.
