Job summary

Frederick Health is seeking a full-time Clinical Practice Supervisor for our Infusion Center on Monday to Friday 8-hour shift days. The role reports to the Director of Clinical Services and includes leadership of clinical staff, coordination with revenue cycle and nursing leadership, and ensuring adherence to evidence-based practice.

Qualifications

• Currently licensed as a Registered Nurse in Maryland.
• 3-5 years of experience practicing as a registered nurse in a hospital, clinic, or home health setting; management experience preferred.
• Current CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the practice including administrative, personnel, clerical, housekeeping, purchasing and customer service functions.
• Coordinate with CBO, MOC, clinical staff and medical director to ensure evidence-based practice aligned with Population Health and Triple Aim goals.
• Lead onboarding, training, supervision, and performance evaluations for staff; ensure compliance with Frederick Health policies.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines in patient care, equipment, and billing; oversee lab, medications, and pharmaceutical regulations.
• Manage patient experience and customer service initiatives; monitor CG-CAPS metrics and drive improvements.
• Coordinate with MOC on operational scheduling to ensure high quality and efficient care; promote clean and safe facilities.
