Option Care Health is seeking a Clinical Supervisor to oversee day-to-day clinic operations, lead clinical staff, and ensure high-quality patient care. This role requires RN or NP licensure, BLS, CRNI within 12 months, and 3 years infusion care with at least 2 years of leadership experience.

The position emphasizes mentorship, policy compliance, and collaboration with operations leadership to deliver extraordinary care across clinics.

Formación

• Licensed RN or NP in applicable state.
• Bridge plan from RN to BSN within 24 months if BSN not yet completed.
• BLS certification required; CPR certification required.
• CRNI certification within 12 months of holding position.
• 3 years infusion care experience; 2 years of progressive leadership required.
• CPR certification in-person class per policy.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and manage a team of medical staff including performance reviews and training.
• Create staffing schedules, monitor time cards, and optimize clinic throughput.
• Ensure policy and procedure compliance with regulations and standards.
• Hold regular 1:1s and team meetings to drive engagement and improvements.
• Coordinate supplies and medication management in the Infusion Clinic.
• Provide clinical guidance and mentorship to team members.
• Act as a supervisor and clinical team member in patient care.
• Ensure services align with standards of practice and agency policies.
• Adhere to safety and quality requirements in patient care.
