Qualifications

• Active RN license in the state(s) of practice.
• 2+ years RN experience in a related specialty (infusion/pharma/oncology/critical care).
• Experience in home health care and/or home infusion.
• Ability to work with an interdisciplinary team of professionals.
• Knowledge of compliance, regulatory requirements, and performance improvement.

Responsibilities

• Oversee assigned field nurses and related staff; coordinate care.
• Assist DON/RNM with hiring, training, and staff development.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory agencies and accrediting bodies; monitor operations.
