Travel between clinics is required. The position demands RN or NP licensure, BLS, CPR, CRNI within 12 months, and 3+ years infusion care plus 2+

Qualifications

• Licensed RN or NP in applicable state.
• Bridge RN to BSN within 24 months if not yet completed.
• BLS and CPR certifications required.
• CRNI certification within 12 months of joining.
• Minimum 3 years infusion care experience.
• At least 2 years of progressive leadership experience.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of clinical staff including supervision and training.
• Create staffing schedules, monitor time cards, and optimize clinic throughput.
• Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and regulatory standards.
• Host regular meetings and foster a safe, collaborative environment.
• Coordinate supplies, equipment, and medication within the infusion clinic.
• Provide clinical guidance and mentorship to staff.
• Direct patient care as a supervising clinician when needed.
• Ensure services align with quality and safety requirements.
