• Current Ohio RN license and active practice.

Responsabilidades

• Supervises nursing staff in the Infusion Center and serves as an extension of the Nurse Manager.
• Provides coaching, mentoring and performance feedback.
• Oversees daily nurse leader rounding to enhance patient experience.
• Drives quality improvement actions and adherence to care standards.
• Collaborates with inter-professional team to deliver evidence-based nursing care.
• Ensures compliance with Ohio Nurse Practice Act and related regulations.
