Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Register patients including insurance verification, pre-certification, and authorizations.
• Deliver excellent customer service to patients and referring offices; manage scheduling.
• Handle filing, typing, and transfer of patient information; maintain front-office operations.
• Educate physician offices and staff on scheduling, registration, and insurance issues.
