Qualifications

• Background in case management, referral coordination, nurse liaison, or clinical sales.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with referral sources across your territory.
• Conduct 30 to 40 weekly field calls, including in-person visits and follow-ups.
• Collaborate with clinical teams to support patient-centered infusion care.
