Soleo Health in Dublin, OH is seeking a Full-time Infusion Care Coordinator (Patient Ambassador) to support our Specialty Infusion Pharmacy. You will handle data entry, scheduling, and coordination for the nursing team to ensure accurate patient care.

This onsite role requires high attention to detail, excellent communication, and ability to manage multiple tasks. Experience in healthcare scheduling or home infusion is preferred, with strong teamwork to deliver a seamless patient experience.

Qualifications

• Prior healthcare scheduling experience required.
• Home infusion experience preferred.
• On-site role with direct patient interaction.
• Strong communication and multitasking skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Enter clinical information into the management system for billing.
• Coordinate scheduling and related nursing department tasks.
• Contact referral sources and patients for verification and referrals.
• Serve as main point of contact for referrals and payor interactions.
• Ensure timely notifications of financial responsibility and care status.
• Support patient experience and coordinate next steps post AIS visits.
