Amtrak is seeking a Sr Manager Infrastructure Commissioning to establish and ensure standardized testing and commissioning governance across the infrastructure portfolio. You will partner with Engineering, Asset Management, and Operations to ensure readiness for revenue service.

The role requires deep experience in T&C processes, stage-gate reviews, and performance metrics, with a focus on continuous improvement and risk management across multiple offices in NY, DC, Boston, Wilmington, and

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of training, education and experience.
• 11+ years of relevant experience preferred.
• Experience with rail systems or transportation infrastructure capital delivery is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Develop, implement, and ensure T&C governance frameworks, procedures, templates, tools, and stage-gate criteria across infrastructure projects.
• Provide teams with tools, guidance, and SME support to scope, schedule, plan, and execute T&C activities.
• Coordinate cross-functional requirements and readiness, resolving interface conflicts during planning and execution.
• Lead change management, stakeholder engagement, communications, training, and adoption of T&C standards.
• Oversee T&C strategies, readiness reviews, risks, and escalation to senior leadership.
• Establish, monitor, and report commissioning performance metrics, deficiencies, and lessons learned.
