Job summary

Mike's Carwash is seeking an Infrastructure Support Technician to deliver technical infrastructure services across locations in Louisville, KY. You will maintain desktops, printers, cameras, and mobile devices, and assist with resolution of issues to align with business objectives.

The role requires collaboration with IT teams, documentation maintenance, and occasional after-hours support. Travel to all locations is expected as needed, and experience with CCTV and networks is preferred.

Qualifications

• Associate or Bachelor’s Degree and 1–3 years of MIS experience or equivalent.
• Microsoft certified or equivalent experience.
• Ability to investigate and evaluate new technical tools to support the Company’s business.
• Strong ability to communicate with users and build professional relationships.

Responsibilities

• Support and maintain infrastructure devices at all locations.
• Integrate new products into existing environment.
• Work with end users to ensure positive impact of systems and services.
• Level 3 escalation for Help Desk incidents involving infrastructure components.
• Maintain up-to-date infrastructure documentation.
• Travel to all locations as needed; participate in special projects.
