Job summary

Mykelly is seeking an Infrastructure Engineer to provide onsite IT support across two locations. This role troubleshoots Windows systems, printers, ServiceNow tickets, assets, and basic network or security issues in both office and manufacturing environments.

Responsibilities include imaging computers, handling ServiceNow tickets, updating asset records, and coordinating with users, suppliers, and support teams; travel between sites with a personal vehicle is required.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Windows, computing, and networking fundamentals.
• Customer-service and troubleshooting experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and standard desktop applications.
• Familiarity with computer security concepts.
• Strong communication, documentation, and organizational skills.
• Valid driver’s license and personal vehicle.
• Ability to work in a non-climate-controlled shop-floor environment.
• At least one year of IT experience preferred; recent graduates may be considered.

Responsibilities

• Provide onsite deskside support across two locations.
• Image computers and resolve ServiceNow tickets.
• Troubleshoot Windows, hardware, software, printers, and peripherals.
• Replace printer toner and basic printer components.
• Update Asset Center records and manage IT assets.
• Follow knowledge-base articles and documented procedures.
• Maintain contact lists, process logs, incident reports, inventory, and service records.
• Order supplies, monitor inventory, and coordinate equipment maintenance.
• Communicate effectively with users, suppliers, and support teams.
• Escalate issues outside established procedures.
• Travel between locations using a personal vehicle.
