Mike in Louisville, KY is seeking an Infrastructure Support Technician to maintain desktops, printers, cameras and mobile devices across all locations. You will support and troubleshoot the core infrastructure to ensure services align with business objectives.

Responsibilities include configuring new equipment, delivering replacements, coordinating with vendors, handling Level 3 escalations, maintaining documentation, monitoring performance, and occasional after-hours support and travel.

Qualificações

• Associate or Bachelor's Degree and 1-3 years of MIS experience.
• Microsoft certified or equivalent experience.
• Ability to investigate and evaluate new technical tools.
• Strong documentation skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.

Responsabilidades

• Support and maintain infrastructure devices for all locations.
• Integrate new products and solutions into the environment.
• Work with end users to ensure positive impact of all systems.
• Escalate Level 3 incidents involving infrastructure components.
• Maintain up-to-date documentation of infrastructure.
• Monitor system performance and capacity.
• Travel to all locations as needed.
• Handle special projects as assigned.
