Job summary

CoreWeave is seeking a Manager of Technical Support Engineering to lead a team responsible for maintaining and improving our Bare Metal and infrastructure support across client environments. You will drive incident triage, escalations, and cross‑functional collaboration with product and engineering to scale operations.

In this role you will mentor engineers, optimize ticket workflows (Jira/Zendesk), manage 24/7 coverage in a hybrid model, and own reliability metrics (MTTR/SLOs).

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience leading teams responsible for infrastructure support, data center operations, or physical compute environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team responsible for maintaining and optimizing physical infrastructure across multiple client environments.
• Oversee incident resolution, escalation management, and collaborate with internal teams to deliver effective solutions.
• Mentor team members and develop skills for managing critical infrastructure.
• Improve support processes to enhance efficiency and reduce downtime.
• Coordinate with product and infrastructure teams to ensure seamless delivery of resources.
