Job summary

CoreWeave in San Francisco seeks a Manager of Technical Support Engineering to lead daily support operations, triage incidents, and oversee a team of Systems Operations Engineers. You will help build a new Bare Metal support team and partner with product, engineering, and infrastructure to scale processes.

This role combines hands-on Linux and hardware diagnostics with strategic leadership, incident ownership, and 24/7/hybrid scheduling.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in infrastructure support, data center operations, or physical compute environments.
• Hands-on Linux system administration and command-line proficiency.
• Experience with hardware-level diagnostics and component replacement (servers, power, cabling).
• Experience with high-performance rack-scale hardware and CPU/GPU compute nodes.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team maintaining and optimizing physical infrastructure across client environments.
• Build and lead an Infrastructure Support team for escalations and hardware operations.
• Oversee incident resolution, escalation management, and cross-team collaboration.
• Improve support processes to reduce downtime and meet client expectations.
• Mentor team members and develop skills to manage critical infrastructure.
