Role Overview

This is a remote position (must be in MO or IL). BJC HealthCare is seeking candidates with Five9 or similar cloud contact center experience, Avaya knowledge, and contact center experience in a healthcare setting.

Responsibilities

• Design system components following architecture standards and methodologies.
• Create detailed design specifications for system construction.
• Design network components using approved standards.
• Translate logical designs into physical implementations.
• Develop recovery routines and contingency procedures.
• Participate in after-hours on-call rotations if required.

Minimum Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 2-5 years of relevant experience.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree.
• 5-10 years of relevant experience.
