BJC is hiring for an Infrastructure Solutions Engineer - Telecom. This is a remote position (must be in MO or IL). Candidates should have experience with Five9 or similar cloud contact center solutions, Avaya knowledge, and experience in a healthcare contact center environment.

Role Purpose: The Infrastructure Solutions Engineer (ISE) is responsible for designing and deploying technical configuration items to support business solutions. The ISE also manages technical debt and collaborates with Solution Architects and Technical Operations to mitigate risks from legacy platforms.
Education: High School Diploma or GED
