Job Description

AireSpring, a leader in next-gen telecom and SaaS networking solutions, seeks a senior-level Sales Solutions Engineer to join our team. This high-visibility role is ideal for a seasoned technical leader prepared to shape revenue strategies across services like SD-WAN, UCaaS, CCaaS, Security, and Cloud Connectivity. You will serve as the technical backbone of the sales team, architecting solutions, creating proposals, and translating technical needs into scalable implementations.

What You’ll Do
  1. Serve as the key technical advisor to Account Executives and Channel Partners, managing the technical aspects of the sales cycle from discovery to implementation.
  2. Develop custom network and cloud solutions for diverse customer verticals.
  3. Engage directly with customers and partners for technical deep-dives, requirements gathering, and whiteboarding.
  4. Create sales collateral such as diagrams, solution documents, and technical presentations.
  5. Respond to RFPs/RFIs, lead demos, and support trials to demonstrate technical fit.
  6. Deliver webinars, trainings, and sales enablement content in collaboration with Marketing and Product teams.
  7. Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Support teams to improve offerings based on field feedback.
  8. Support post-sales handoff with documentation and onboarding to ensure smooth implementation.
  9. Represent AireSpring at industry events, trade shows, and partner summits to promote our solutions.
Qualifications
Must-Have Experience & Skills
  • 5+ years in pre-sales, sales engineering, or solutions architect roles in telecom, managed services, or SaaS/SD-WAN.
  • Strong relationships with Technology Solutions Distributors like Telarus, AVANT, Intelisys, Sandler, TBI, etc.
  • Experience designing and supporting solutions using SD-WAN (VMware/VeloCloud, Fortinet), Firewalls (Fortinet), CPE (Cisco, Adtran, Juniper), WAN technologies, Routing & Switching, SIP Trunking, UCaaS, Cloud services (AWS, Azure, GCP), CCaaS, and legacy PSTN solutions.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Excellent presenter with strong communication skills for technical and executive audiences.
  • Proficient in solution documentation, client training, and cross-team collaboration.
  • Ownership-driven with strong problem-solving and consultative sales skills.
  • Ability to work remotely while effectively collaborating with dispersed teams.

Location

This is a Remote / Work from Home position. Travel may be required for partners, customers, and trade events.
