Job summary

Unisys is seeking a Manager, Infrastructure Services to lead Windows, VMware, and Citrix infrastructure delivery and operations. You will oversee a team of engineers, manage incidents and changes, and drive modernization initiatives across enterprise environments.

The role focuses on ensuring service excellence, platform security, and high availability while partnering with cloud, security, and architecture teams to deliver strategic solutions. Strong leadership and ITIL experience are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years of experience supporting enterprise Windows infrastructure environments.
• 5+ years of leadership experience managing technical infrastructure teams.
• Strong experience with: Microsoft Windows Server Active Directory Services; VMware vSphere and ESXi; Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops; Citrix ADC (Netscaler); DNS/DHCP server virtualization and enterprise operations; experience supporting large-scale, highly available environments; ITIL service management principles.

Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery and support of Windows, virtualization, and Citrix infrastructure services; ensure SLAs and client commitments.
• Oversee incident, problem, change, and outage management; drive continuous service improvement focused on availability, performance, automation, and user experience.
• Lead and mentor a team of Windows, VMware, and Citrix engineers; establish performance goals and career development plans.
• Provide governance for Windows Server, Active Directory, DNS/DHCP, VMware vSphere/ESXi, CVAD, Citrix Netscaler, RDS, PKI, storage, backup, monitoring, and related platforms.
• Drive infrastructure modernization, migrations, and cloud transformation; promote automation via PowerShell and infrastructure-as-code; support hybrid cloud initiatives.
