Job summary

Unisys is seeking a Delivery Manager to lead managed Cloud & Infrastructure services across multiple disciplines. This role provides a first-level Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) function for monitoring, triage, incident response and service restoration across environments, with an automation-first mindset.

The role requires strong knowledge of Windows, Linux, backups, storage, databases and cloud platforms (GCP, AWS).

Qualifications

• 5+ years total experience with at least 2 years in management.
• Bachelor's degree in IT/CS/Business or related field.
• Experience across Windows, Linux, storage, backups, databases and cloud tech.
• ITIL and service-management knowledge preferred.
• Strong communication, leadership and stakeholder-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day delivery of infrastructure and Cloud Services to meet SLA/KPI targets.
• Identify and drive automation to reduce manual work and improve reliability.
• Manage incidents, escalations and service restoration with cross-team coordination.
• Governance, staffing, capacity planning and client communications across services.
