Job summary

Qualifications

• Progressive experience in IT infrastructure operations and managed services.
• Experience in SRE practices, incident response and service delivery.
• Leadership experience across multidisciplinary teams.
• Familiar with governance and vendor management.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day delivery of infrastructure, workload automation and IRT services.
• Ensure SLA/KPI targets and operational performance.
• Lead during incidents, coordinating resources and communications.
• Identify root causes and drive permanent improvements.
• Staffing and readiness across supported services.
