Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years of experience supporting enterprise Windows infrastructure environments.
• 5+ years of leadership experience managing technical infrastructure teams.
• Strong experience with: Windows Server, Active Directory, VMware vSphere/ESXi, Citrix CVAD, Citrix ADC (Netscaler), DNS & DHCP.
• Experience supporting large-scale production environments with high availability.
• Understanding of ITIL service management principles and operational best practices.
• Experience managing disaster recovery and business continuity.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery and support of Windows, virtualization, and Citrix infrastructure services.
• Ensure adherence to SLAs, operational metrics, and client commitments.
• Oversee incident, problem, change, and outage management activities.
• Drive continuous service improvement initiatives focused on availability, performance, automation, and user experience.
• Manage platform lifecycles, operational risks, technical debt, and compliance requirements.
• Lead infrastructure deployments, upgrades, migrations, and modernization programs.
• Partner with cloud, security, network, application, and architecture teams to deliver strategic solutions.
• Promote automation and operational efficiency through PowerShell, IaC, and systems management tools.
• Support hybrid cloud adoption and integration initiatives.
• Serve as the primary escalation point for Windows, VMware, and Citrix service delivery issues.
• Develop and present operational reviews, performance metrics, dashboards, and risk assessments.
