Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day delivery of infrastructure and Cloud Services across multiple tech disciplines.
• Ensure SLA/KPI/availability targets are met and drive operational performance.
• Lead during incidents with coordinated triage and communications to stakeholders.
• Drive continuous improvement through automation and process optimization.
