Job summary

SSi People in the United States is seeking a motivated Construction Scheduler to support a portfolio of infrastructure projects from planning through closeout. You will partner with Project Managers to build and maintain schedules across multiple projects using Primavera P6 and standard templates.

Ideal candidates have an introductory background in construction or project controls, strong organizational and communication skills, and a willingness to learn new tools.

Qualifications

• Education or background in Construction Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
• Construction experience, project coordination, or quality control experience is a plus.
• Familiarity with Primavera P6 and Power BI is beneficial but not required for candidates with strong potential.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Proactive, motivated, and eager to learn new tools and processes.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with Project Managers and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain project schedules for infrastructure related construction projects.
• Use established scheduling templates and Primavera P6 to build schedules, import project data, and make updates.
• Collaborate with Project Managers to review progress, track milestones, and maintain accurate completion forecasts.
• Manage schedules across multiple projects, including infrastructure upgrades and replacement programs.
• Perform schedule quality checks and support reporting and data analysis using Power BI.
• Conduct regular schedule reviews and update project schedules based on progress.
• Monitor schedule changes and help identify potential impacts to project timelines.
