Job summary

IES Holdings is seeking a Construction Scheduler to partner with the Project Manager in creating and maintaining timetables that optimize time and resources for on-time project completion. The role supports effective execution of construction projects and coordinates flow of work and materials across disciplines within facilities projects according to production schedules.

The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of scheduling experience, strong knowledge of Oracle Primavera and Microsoft

Qualifications

• Must possess at least a high school diploma or GED equivalency.
• Must have a working knowledge of Oracle Primavera and Microsoft Project.
• At least five (5) years of relevant scheduling experience demonstrating increasing levels of responsibility.
• Project scheduling experience covering development of baseline schedules, incorporating subcontractor schedules, schedule updating and analysis of progress, including project compliance processes and audits.
• Must have experience in customer interface, such as liaison between the customer and the Company.
• Must have a minimum of three (3) years of experiencescheduling in telecommunications or a related technical or construction field.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, Access, and other normal business applications.
• Must meet Company minimum driving standards.
• Must be able to manage multiple tasks/projects simultaneously.
• English language proficiency is required.

Responsibilities

• Manage the workload distribution and monitor the customer delivery and job installation progress.
• Analyze cost and resource graphs to verify schedule progress and identify issues.
• Develop, manage, update, and monitor project schedule.
• Coordinate with Project Management and Leads/Superintendents to create and maintain calendar for project implementation to completion.
• Analyze critical path and work through issues with the Project Team.
• Project engineering tasks tied to schedule maintenance - CO management, subcontractor coordination and schedule updates.
• Identify and anticipate schedule disparities and report to Project Management.
• Provide to the Project Manager all needed elements to issue Weekly/Monthly Reports.
• Other responsibilities as assigned.
