Job summary

Accenture Infrastructure & Capital Projects seeks a senior risk management professional to develop and implement risk frameworks across major capital projects. You’ll lead risk workshops, perform Monte Carlo simulations, and drive mitigation strategies with project teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Project Management, Risk Management or related discipline.
• 8+ years of experience in project controls, risk management or capital project delivery.
• Experience in pharmaceutical or industrial sectors preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement risk management frameworks, strategies and governance for project delivery.
• Lead risk identification, assessment and mitigation workshops across project phases.
• Perform qualitative and quantitative risk analyses, including Monte Carlo simulations.
• Support teams in Risk Management Plans and mitigation strategies.
• Maintain risk registers in enterprise systems such as Primavera Cloud.
• Evaluate and report on risks affecting cost, schedule, quality and performance.
• Lead or support Independent Project Reviews, Health Checks and Gate Reviews.
• Collaborate with Project Managers, Engineering Leads and stakeholders to embed risk management.
• Provide training and mentoring to strengthen risk ownership across teams.
• Prepare executive risk dashboards and drive continuous improvement from lessons learned.
