Responsibilities

• Maintain the Risk Management Plan, governance cadence, and risk register.
• Lead risk workshops across technical, procurement, staffing, and commissioning.
• Build and maintain cost/schedule risk models and run Monte Carlo simulations.
• Develop measurable mitigation plans and escalate stalled actions.
• Deliver monthly executive risk reports and briefings.
