Job summary

JLL is seeking an Operations Lead to oversee day-to-day project operations and manage a hybrid team of six local specialists plus three remote members in Mountain View, CA. You will drive CAPEX/OPEX execution, financial governance, and data integrity while aligning cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time and within budget.

The role requires 5+ years in project operations or PMO with strong leadership and stakeholder management capabilities.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in project operations, facilities management, capital project coordination, or PMO administration.
• Experience leading hybrid/global teams with on-site and remote members.
• Strong financial governance, QA/QC for funding requests and SOWs, and data integrity mindset.
• Excellent cross-functional communication and vendor performance management.

Responsibilities

• Drive operational excellence for CAPEX and OPEX initiatives with standardized workflows.
• Oversee budgeting, QA/QC for funding requests and Task Orders; advise on policies and compliance.
• Support change management reviews and design control to evaluate scope and cost impacts.
• Conduct data integrity audits to ensure accuracy and regulatory compliance across projects.
• Directly manage a hybrid team of six local Operations Specialists and three remote members.
• Serve as primary liaison for Client Finance, facilitating funding approvals and issue resolution.
