Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Business, or closely-related discipline.
• 1–3 years of project finance or commercial finance experience in engineering, construction, or professional services.
• Advanced Excel skills and proficiency in MS Office; ERP tools familiarity (Oracle preferred).
• Experience with PowerBI or other data visualization tools is advantageous.
• Self-starter with ability to work independently and in fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

• Act as a trusted financial partner to Project Managers, ensuring adherence to contracts and financial terms.
• Guide initial project setup including WBS, budgeting, rate selection, and pricing inputs.
• Advise on project financial planning, risk identification, and margin improvements.
• Review labor structures and rate scenarios to optimize margin and recoverability.
• Monitor contract execution, revenue recognition, and funding/billing methods.
• Support procurement-related activities and subcontractor cost management.
