Job summary

Infosys is recruiting a Principal Consultant - Infrastructure Management for the US market, based in Jersey City, NJ. This role leads Infrastructure projects, coordinates with senior stakeholders, and ensures governance and compliant delivery across AD/I.

The position demands strong client relationship skills, budget oversight, and proactive risk management. The role emphasizes collaboration across IT infrastructure practices, proposal support, and leadership development within a global delivery

Qualifications

• Act as a central point of coordination between senior management, project managers, and stakeholders.
• Schedule, organize, and conduct review meetings, steering committee meetings, and management updates.
• Track and follow up on action items, decisions, and escalations.
• Strong project coordination and PMO governance experience.
• Excellent presentation and documentation skills (PowerPoint, Word).
• Proven experience in tracking Project KPI’s, EOVs, timesheets, and compliance items.
• Ability to work with senior leadership and executive stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Define project objectives and scope in alignment with business goals, ensuring efficient delivery in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, providing regular updates to ensure alignment and transparency.
• Drive process improvement by reviewing project deliverables and incorporating innovative methodologies and tools related to IT infrastructure.
• Identify potential risks and implement mitigation strategies to ensure successful project outcomes.
• Develop and manage project estimates, monitor budget performance, and optimize resource allocation for efficiency.
• Support the preparation of technical and commercial proposals, aligning them with client needs and organizational capabilities.
• Engage in planning resource allocation, conduct performance appraisals, and facilitate professional development to enhance team effective.
• Lead scope changes and manage client requirements, ensuring proper estimation, approval, and contractual updates.
