Job summary

Infosys Limited in the United States seeks a Principal Consultant - Infrastructure Management to lead critical IT infrastructure projects across multiple states. You will drive delivery, manage client relationships, and ensure alignment with business goals while leveraging DBS2 and SQL technologies.

The role requires strategic thinking, risk management, and the ability to guide teams through complex transitions, with potential relocation and travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required; relocation/travel may be needed.
• Candidates authorized to work in the US without sponsorship are welcome; Infosys cannot sponsor now or in future.

Responsibilities

• Define project objectives and scope in alignment with business goals and stakeholder needs.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships with regular updates for alignment and transparency.
• Drive process improvements with IT infrastructure methodologies and tools.
• Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
• Develop and manage project estimates, monitor budgets, and optimize resources.
• Assist in preparing technical and commercial proposals aligned with client needs.
• Plan resource allocation, conduct performance reviews, and support team development.
• Lead scope changes with proper estimation, approvals, and contract updates.
