Job summary

Infosys is seeking an Infrastructure Project Lead 1 in the United States to drive security-focused project delivery across banking and financial services domains. You will coordinate teams, manage client communications, and oversee production support, deployments, and change implementations.

Ideal candidates will bring extensive cyber security, SOC, IDAM, and cloud security expertise, plus strong stakeholder engagement and program management capabilities. Occasional travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution.
• Relocation and/or travel to work/project location may be required.

Responsibilities

• Develop project timelines and proactively address resource gaps to ensure timely completion.
• Act as liaison between technical teams and clients with regular meetings and milestone reviews.
• Support production operations, focusing on incident resolution, deployment efficiency, and change management.
• Monitor project deliverables across all phases to meet quality benchmarks and stakeholder expectations.
