Job summary

Infosys Limited, a global leader in digital services, is seeking a Principal Consultant - Infrastructure Management for the US. This role focuses on delivering complex IT infrastructure projects, ensuring alignment with business goals, and maintaining strong client relationships across multiple states.

You will guide delivery, manage budgets, and drive continuous improvement using DB2 and MS SQL Server technologies, with responsibilities spanning estimation, proposals, and resources coordination.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required
• Relocation and/or travel may be required

Responsibilities

• Define project objectives and scope in alignment with business goals
• Build and maintain strong client relationships with regular updates
• Drive process improvement using innovative IT infrastructure methodologies
• Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies
• Develop and manage project estimates, monitor budgets, optimize resources
• Prepare technical and commercial proposals aligned with client needs
• Plan resource allocation, conduct performance appraisals, and foster team development
• Lead scope changes and manage client requirements, ensuring proper estimation and contractual updates
