Job summary

Infosys Limited is seeking a Principal Consultant for Infrastructure Management in Texas. You will lead IT infrastructure projects, manage client relationships, and implement innovative delivery methods across banking, wealth, and services sectors.

The role emphasizes collaboration with cross-functional teams, hands-on IDAM tooling, and driving automation with PMO governance. This position is based in the US with relocation/travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience with PMO processes, governance, stakeholder coordination, and risk management.
• Program delivery across multiple initiatives.
• Coordinate with clients and technical teams to ensure smooth delivery.
• Strong Jira experience for tracking, reporting, dashboards, and portfolio visibility.
• Hands-on onboarding with SailPoint or Saviynt; understanding onboarding workflows.

Responsibilities

• Define project objectives and scope with business goals and stakeholders.
• Build and maintain client relationships with regular updates for alignment.
• Drive IT infrastructure project delivery and process improvement.
• Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies for successful outcomes.
• Develop and manage estimates, monitor budgets, and optimize resources.
• Prepare technical and commercial proposals aligned with client needs.
• Lead resource planning, performance reviews, and team development.
• Lead scope changes and manage contract updates with clients.
