Job summary

Infosys is seeking an Infrastructure Project Lead 2 in the United States. The role focuses on defining project scope, managing stakeholder relationships, and delivering IT infrastructure initiatives with rigorous governance and budget controls.

The ideal candidate will have Jira expertise, experience with PMO governance, and hands-on IGA onboarding knowledge. Travel or relocation may be required, with eligibility to work in the US without sponsorship.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required or foreign equivalent.
• Willing to relocate and/or travel to work/project location.
• Candidates authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship; Infosys cannot sponsor now or in the future.

Responsibilities

• Define project objectives and scope aligned with business goals and stakeholders.
• Build and maintain client relationships with regular updates for alignment and transparency.
• Improve IT infrastructure project delivery by applying innovative methodologies and tools.
• Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies for successful outcomes.
• Develop and manage project estimates, monitor budgets, and optimize resources.
• Support technical and commercial proposals aligned with client needs and capabilities.
• Plan resource allocation, conduct performance evaluations, and foster team development.
• Lead scope changes and manage client requirements, ensuring proper estimation and contractual updates.
