Job summary

United Wholesale Mortgage is seeking a Team Leader for the Infrastructure Platform Engineering group. The role directs a team of Systems Engineers and Administrators, guiding production and non-production environments to support critical business needs.

You will lead operations, set expectations, and foster a culture of trust, open communication, and continuous improvement while ensuring security, networking, and virtualization are maintained. On-site attendance is required.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of IT experience in an enterprise environment.
• 2+ years of experience overseeing a technology team.
• Enterprise level Active Directory experience.
• Strong collaboration with other IT and business teams.
• This position requires on-site attendance.

Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day operations of the Infrastructure Platform Engineering team.
• Distribute workload to meet service goals.
• Lead by example with trust, open communication and cohesive teamwork.
• Encourage creativity, risk-taking and continuous improvement; recognize performance.
• Provide regular status reports on tasks and issues.
• Communicate complex technical issues clearly to clients and teams.
• Manage vendor relationships and vendor contracts.
