Job summary

United Wholesale Mortgage, LLC seeks a Network Team Lead to direct a team of Network Engineers & Administrators, ensuring stable network operations and timely resolution of issues across the enterprise.

You will lead Cisco networking initiatives, manage projects, and collaborate with internal and external clients to deliver reliable solutions while maintaining high uptime and strong customer relations.

Qualifications

• 3+ years leading IT teams
• 3-5 years in network engineering
• On-site attendance required
• Experience troubleshooting network and infrastructure issues
• Excellent client service and relationship management
• Experience managing multiple large technical projects
• Strong communication and decision-making skills
• Ability to translate business requirements to technical deliverables
• Experience with Cisco networking technologies (Campus and Wireless)

Responsibilities

• Oversee stable operation of the enterprise network and related platforms
• Supervise day-to-day team activities and workload distribution
• Lead by example to foster trust and open communication
• Encourage continuous improvement and recognize performance
• Provide clear instructions and hold team members accountable to goals
• Deliver regular status reports on tasks and progress
• Communicate complex technical issues clearly to clients and teams
• Act as Level 3 support for unresolved client issues
• Manage vendor relationships and escalate issues when needed
• Provide capacity, performance, uptime, and security reporting
• Support team member growth through mentoring and regular meetings
• Maintain 99.5+% system uptime
