Responsibilities

• Define and execute strategic roadmap for HP NonStop and Stratus platforms.
• Lead production operations, incident/problem management, and RCA activities.
• Drive capacity forecasting, performance analytics, and budgeting.
• Develop platform standards, governance, and security controls.
• Present health metrics and investment recommendations to leadership.
• Mentor engineers and manage cross-functional teams.
