Job summary

Western Alliance Bancorporation seeks a Senior Manager for Infrastructure and Operations Technology Products to lead senior-level delivery across multiple teams. Translate priorities into roadmaps, manage governance, and ensure secure, reliable, and compliant delivery of platform capabilities.

The role directly manages Product Managers, partners with Architecture, Engineering, and Control stakeholders, and drives investment decisions and cost optimization across enterprise data platforms.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 8+ years in technology product management, enterprise platforms, data platforms, or related fields.
• Demonstrated leadership of Product Managers and staff in matrixed delivery environments.
• Advanced knowledge of Agile delivery, platform operating models, and governance.

Responsibilities

• Lead roadmap development and execution for infrastructure and operations technology products within enterprise strategy and funding.
• Coach and develop Product Managers and staff; establish performance expectations and succession planning.
• Establish product management operating rhythms for intake, prioritization, and quarterly planning.
• Align platform investments with security, governance, and architectural standards.
• Communicate roadmap progress and risks to senior leaders and stakeholders.
• Own delivery metrics including scope, schedule, quality, adoption, and value realization.
• Coordinate backlogs, planning, and resource commitments across teams.
• Partner with Engineering and Operations to manage dependencies, risks, and release readiness.
• Apply product and delivery best practices across discovery, requirements quality, and post-launch tracking.
• Ensure compliance with security, privacy, data governance, and regulatory requirements.
